Peter Krause (s. 12. elokuuta 1965) on yhdysvaltalainen näyttelijä. Hän on näytellyt muun muassa Nate Fisherin roolissa televisiosarjassa Mullan alla.
Krause syntyi Alexandriassa Minnesotassa ja oli alun perin innokas urheilija. Hän kiinnostui myöhemmin teatterista ja valmistui Gustavus Adolphus Collegesta vuonna 1987. Päätettyään koettaa onneaan näyttelijänä hän jatkoi opintojaan New Yorkin yliopistossa. Työskennellessään baarimestarina New Yorkissa Krause tutustui käsikirjoittaja Aaron Sorkiniin.lähde?
Krause on ollut roolistaan Mullan alla -sarjassa ehdolla Emmy-palkinnon ehdokkaana kolme kertaa (2002, 2003, 2006) ja kaksi kertaa Golden Globen saajaksi (2002, 2003).
Krause esiintyi vuosina 1998–2000 Casey McCallin roolissa tilannekomediassa Sports Night ja siirtyi Mullan alla -sarjaan vuonna 2001. Vuosina 2007–2009 hän näytteli sarjassa Dirty Sexy Money. Lisäksi hän on esiintynyt muun muassa elokuvissa Truman Show (1998) ja Beastly (2011). Krause näytteli Adam Bravermania Samaa sukua -sarjassa (2010–2015).
Vuodesta 2018 vuoteen 2025 Krause oli pääosassa Foxin draamasarjassa 9-1-1.
