Nicole Marie Appleton-Gallagher (s. 7. joulukuuta 1974) on kanadalainen poplaulaja.
Appleton pääsi vuonna 1983 Sylvia Young Theatre Schooliin, jossa hän tapasi tulevan yhtyetoverinsa Melanie Blattin. Vuonna 1995 Nicole perusti sisarensa Natalien sekä Blattin ja Shaznay Lewisin kanssa All Saintsin. Suuresta kansainvälisestä menestyksestään huolimatta yhtye hajosi vuonna 2001. Sen comebackista tiedotettiin 24. tammikuuta 2006.
Appletonilla oli rakkaussuhde Robbie Williamsin kanssa, jonka hän tapasi Top of the Pops -ohjelman kuvauksessa vuonna 1997. Appleton aloitti myöhemmin suhteen Liam Gallagherin kanssa; parin poika syntyi 3. heinäkuuta 2001. Gallagher ja Appleton vihittiin 14. helmikuuta 2008.
Nicole ja Natalie Appletonilla on myös oma Appleton-duonsa. Sisarukset ovat esiintyneet elokuvassa Honest (2000).

Rome ct on Dec 6 acquits newsman Jack L Begon (ABC) of charges of having faked his own kidnapping; Begon said that he had been kidnapped by Mafia, but he was charged with simulation of crime embezzlement of funds; spent brief period in jail before being released on provisional liberty; public prosecutor had asked that Begon be sentenced to 2 yrs in jail and fine of $700 (S)
