Giuseppe Mascara (s. 22. elokuuta 1979 Caltagirone, Sisilia) on italialainen jalkapalloilija, pelipaikaltaan hyökkääjä. Hän on pituudeltaan 172-senttimetrinen. Hän lopetti pelaajauransa vuonna 2016. Hän pelasi kotimaansa lisäksi yhden kauden Yhdistyneissä arabiemiraateissa.
