Francis Albert ”Frank” Sinatra ([sɨˈnɑːtrə]; 12. joulukuuta 1915 Hoboken, New Jersey – 14. toukokuuta 1998 Los Angeles, Kalifornia) oli yhdysvaltalainen laulaja ja elokuvanäyttelijä. Äänialaltaan hän oli baritoni.
Sinatra aloitti uransa 1930- ja 40-lukujen vaihteessa, jolloin hän oli Harry Jamesin ja Tommy Dorseyn orkestereiden laulusolisti. Hän aloitti soolouran vuonna 1942, ja hänestä tuli niin kutsuttujen nilkkasukkatyttöjen (”bobby-soxers”) ihannoima laulaja. Hän myös näytteli elokuvissa. Sinatra lopetti uransa kertaalleen vuonna 1971, mutta palasi esiintymislavoille kolme vuotta myöhemmin. Hän jatkoi levyttämistä aina 1990-luvun alkuun asti. Viimeiseksi varsinaiseksi studioalbumiksi jäi vuonna 1994 ilmestynyt Grammy-palkittu Duets II. Samassa tilaisuudessa hän sai kunnia-Grammyn elämäntyöstään.
